You will be designing the next iteration of the Nova-7 Transformer architecture. This is not about tweaking hyperparameters; this is about fundamentally restructuring how our model handles context retention over long time horizons. You will work directly with Dr. Thorne.

  • Experience: 5+ years with LLMs (>10B params)

Mission Profile

As our models grow in power, so does the risk of misalignment. Your job is to break the model. You will design "Red Team" attacks to force the AI into unethical states, then design the guardrails (RLHF) to prevent them. You are the conscience of the machine.
